Judo NSW 2017 Sydney International


Thank you very much to everyone who submitted EOI for the NSW Randori Camp so far.


The EOI will remain open until the 31 July 2017 to maximise the opportunity for athletes to apply.


Judo NSW welcomes all new and returning competitors, coaches, referees and officials to the 2017 Sydney International on 19 & 20 August 2017.

Sydney International 19 & 20 Aug 2017

The Kata tournament will be held on Saturday 19 Aug at our Judo NSW Training Centre, Sydney Olympic Park.

The 2017 Sydney International ‘Shiai’ will again feature a single day of Competition across four (4) mats at the Main Arena, Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre, Olympic Blvd, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127.

Attached is the PDF for the tournament details.  All entries including Coaches (2 per/club), Officials & Volunteers are via our Online Entry system.

Standard Entries close Sun 6 Aug 2017 – Late Entry Fees apply after this date.  Final Online Entries close on Thu 17 Aug 2017.

Our preferred Tournament accommodation provider is the Holiday Inn Parramatta, about 10 minutes by train to Olympic Park.

Rates are for 18th, 19th, & 20th August. Please note, you cannot get the special rate through a third party such as Expedia. Book online here.


National JFA Randori Camp 21 to 23 Aug 2017

The JFA is requesting an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in a high intensity randori camp for Cadets (U18), Juniors (U21) and Seniors at our Judo NSW Training Centre.
